FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm. On arrival, please contact Homair Vacances reception directly.

Departures are after inventory between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done correctly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are payable in almost all tourist destinations, and you will be asked to pay them when you check in online or when you check in on arrival.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
• PRM access: Adapted sanitary facilities (toilet and shower).
• Gas barbecue only.
