FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 3 pm to 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair reception. Departures are after the inventory inspection between 8 am and 10 am.

• Booking fees: 10€ incl. tax or 25€ incl. tax depending on the payment method used.
• Tourist taxes: Theses taxes are payable at almost all tourist destinations. You will need to pay them on arrival. The taxes are to be paid to the Homair correspondant or directly at the campsite reception desk.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). 
• Magnetic card: A deposit is required for the magnetic card used for opening and closing the barrier. It is due on arrival, payable in euros, and will be refunded on your departure.

Your stay:

• Dogs: Please remember to bring your pet’s vaccination record and identification disc marked with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. A surcharge is payable to cover your dog’s stay. 

Please note:

To enable us to prepare for your stay and as part of the security policy applied by the campsite, please notify us of your vehicle’s registration plate as soon as you book your stay. An optical registration plate reader is installed at the entry to the campsite and unless we receive your registration plate before you arrive, you will be refused access to the campsite.
