FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk

Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore have to pay it on arrival. This tax must be paid directly to our Homair Vacances correspondent or at the campsite reception.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself). Please note that, for safety reasons, motorbikes are not allowed to park near the mobile home. There is a car park for this purpose at the entrance, near Reception.
• Although checks are rare, all travellers must have a valid identity card or passport to prove their identity. Driving licences are not accepted as proof of identity.

Your stay on site

• Dogs : Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and a tag bearing your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Dogs are not allowed in the playground, swimming pool, toilets, restaurant or supermarket.
• On site, you can make all your payments using an electronic bracelet, the new method of payment. Information on site only
• PRM access: Adapted sanitary facilities (toilet and shower).
• Barbecues prohibited.
