FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. When you arrive, please go directly to the campsite reception.

Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore have to pay it on arrival. This tax must be paid directly to our Homair Vacances correspondent.
• Only one car is allowed on all our campsites. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
• In order to facilitate your arrival and to respect a contactless reception, you will have to pre-register online, you will receive the link directly on your voucher. Your Homair reference will be used to identify you.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. A supplement is required for each dog.
• Although you can travel without papers in some neighbouring countries, checks may be carried out. All travellers must therefore have a valid identity card (CNI ) or passport. Driving licences are not accepted as identification.
• There is a chargeable shuttle service between the site and the beach in July/August only.
• FreeWiFi in communal areas.
• PRM : campsite not adapted
• Only gas barbecues are permitted

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
