FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

On arrival, report to the campsite security officer. Once your voucher and ID have been checked, you will be asked to check in at the campsite's NAXI TOTEM terminals. To retrieve your booking from the terminal, enter your name (as it appears on your voucher), confirm your details and pay your tourist tax (by credit card only). After printing your check-in ticket, go straight to Homair reception.

Our team will check you in and guide you to the campsite reception so that you can get your wristbands, car sticker, Beach Pass and welcome booklet.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the housework has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are payable in almost all tourist destinations, and you will be asked to pay them when you check in online or on arrival.
• Only one car is allowed on this campsite. One pitch is provided per accommodation within the campsite grounds (not necessarily on your pitch itself). Trailers are not permitted.

Your stay on site

• Please note: Our accommodation is located in an adjoining area just a few steps from the heart of the campsite village. You have to cross a cul-de-sac to get to the centre of the campsite-village.
• Dogs : Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
