FAQ

Please note To facilitate your access and due to the campsite's security measures, please provide us with your registration number as soon as possible, ideally when you make your reservation. An automatic number plate reader is installed at the entrance to the campsite, and if we do not have this information before your arrival, you may be refused access.

Your arrival/departure from the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk. Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are applicable in almost all tourist destinations and must be paid when you check in online or when you check in on arrival.
• Only one car is allowed on any of our campsites. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
