The seaside resort of Argelès-sur-Mer offers a wealth of tourist attractions for you to enjoy. You’ll be welcomed with open arms in the bars, restaurants and small boutiques. You’ll experience plenty of thrills and spills at the Luna Park, Canyoning Park, or Aqualand, just a few kilometres from the campsite.

If you’re travelling by car, you can explore The Turtle Valley, a park home to turtles, mammals, reptiles and birds, as well as the Tropique du Papillon, an outdoor butterfly aviary. Excitement guaranteed! A trip to Villefranche-de-Conflent, a medieval town which has retained all of its old charm, offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in history. There are a number of caves nearby where you can admire stalactites, stalagmites and other geological wonders.

If you’re after a complete change of scenery, you can take a shuttle boat to explore the charming town of Collioure for the day. You can also book excursions to Perpignan, or even pop across the border to nearby Spain.
