FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village
 

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk.

Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• Some of our accommodation is located in a protected area (slightly away) from the campsite-village, the entertainment and/or the heart of life.
• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are payable in

• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).

  Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on our campsites.
• Some of our accommodation is located next to a road with traffic, which may cause occasional nuisance.
