Your Booking

Booking fees: 10€ incl. tax or 25€ incl. tax depending on the payment method used.

Alterations to your stay: All changes in your reservation (either waiting for the payment to be paid or for a stay already paid for) have to be made by post, email or fax. If the modification is accepted by Homair Vacances, there is a fee to pay. You will find the price in the General Conditions of Hire.

Cancellation: For all cancellation of a reservation (waiting for payment or already paid), there must be a written confirmation either by post, e-mail or fax (join the original copy of your document justifying your cancellation if you have chosen the cancellation insurance).

Weekend break: For a minimum stay of 2 nights (except from 30/06 to 03/09), you have the possibility to leave on Sundays between 5 pm and 7 pm (instead of 10 am), unless the information has been notified during the booking.

Number of occupants: The number of people indicated is the maximum number of people including babies under 3 years. No extra person will be accepted, even with an additional cost. The booking form must mention all the names and dates of birth of the occupants.

Your arrival at the campsite

Don't forget to bring your linen (sheets, bathroom towels, tea towels...), as those are not provided.

Arrivals/Departures and minimum stays:

• Arrivals are from 3 pm to 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair reception.
• Departures are after the inventory inspection between 8 am and 10 am. Please note: no arrivals or departures are possible on Tuesdays.
• In peak season (07/07 - 01/09) minimum stays are 7 days. Arrivals are only possible on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

Don't forget to bring your holiday voucher with you on which you will find the address and information of the campsite plus the itinerary. On your arrival at the campsite, make your way directly to the Homair reception. Don’t forget to pay the tourist taxes and deposit and to check the inventory of the mobile home. Our team will provide you with a form for the inventory.

Accomodation deposit: Payable on arrival in euros on all campsites in the catalogue and before the keys to your accommodation are handed over to you. It will be returned at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been cleaned and left in a perfect condition and the inventory inspection is satisfactory.

Tourist taxes: Theses taxes are payable at almost all tourist destinations. You will need to pay them on arrival. The taxes are to be paid to the Homair correspondant or directly at the campsite reception desk.

Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. In this case, a supplementory charge has to be paid at the campsite.

Your stay on-site

Animation: In general, they are organised during the day and/or in the evening during peak season.

Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times.

Washing machine: On all campsites you will find a launderette or a room with washing machines. Sometimes you can also find irons and tumble dryers. Those services are generally charged for (coins or tokens).

Swimwear: Swimming suits must be worn in swimming pools and water parks. Boxer shorts, shorts and underpants are forbidden. Rules and hygiene regulations must be respected.
