FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception (English-speaking staff at this campsite-village).

Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am. No arrivals or departures on Tuesdays.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it when you book online.
• Only one car is allowed on any of our campsites. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
• Magnetic card : A deposit is required to open and close the barrier using a magnetic card. It is payable on arrival, in euros, and must be returned on departure.

Please note In order to prepare your access and as part of the security policy implemented by the campsite, we would be grateful if you could provide your vehicle registration number when you make your reservation. An optical number plate reader is installed at the entrance to the site and if you do not provide this information before your arrival, you will be refused access to the campsite.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. No extra charge.
