FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

• Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please go to the campsite reception for the 1st formalities. Departures are after inventory inspection from 8 am to 10 am.
• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done correctly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are applicable in almost all tourist destinations and must be paid when you check in online or when you check in on arrival.
• Cars : One car is allowed on all our campsites (with the exception of our car-free campsites).
• Additional vehicles must be declared, registered and paid for at the campsite reception. Price: £5/day/vehicle.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on our campsites.
• Barbecues are forbidden.
• Access for people with reduced mobility: Adapted toilets and showers, access to facilities, difficult terrain
