FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 3 pm to 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair reception. Departures are after the inventory inspection between 8 am and 10 am.

• Booking fees: 10€ incl. tax or 25€ incl. tax depending on the payment method used.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. In this case, a supplementory charge has to be paid at the campsite.

Important: To prepare your access, as part of the security policy applied by the campsite, please provide us with your vehicle registration number at the time of booking. There is an optical number plate reader at the site entrance and if you do not provide this information before your arrival, you will be refused access to the campsite.

Other information :

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times. 6€/day.
• For safety and comfort reasons, the main entrance gate is closed every night from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am.
• Wearing a wristband is compulsory for the duration of your stay.
• Please note that pets are not allowed in mobile homes.
• In the aquatic area, as stipulated in the rules, shorts and Bermuda shorts are forbidden.
• Visitors are not allowed on the campsite.

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €200 Deposit
• Tourist tax/ pers. : €0.43 / day / pers.
• Flat-rate contribution to the payment of tourist taxes
  • Flat-rate tourist taxes: €2 / night
