FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the reception. Departures are between 7 am and 10 am. The key to your mobile home should be left in the letterbox near the reception.

• Booking fees: 10€ incl. tax or 25€ incl. tax depending on the payment method used.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will have to pay it on arrival. This tax must be paid directly to our correspondent Homair or at the campsite reception.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). The second car must be parked outside the campsite (chargeable parking)

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times.
