FAQ
Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk.
Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.
We would like to inform you that you are staying on a pedestrian campsite. On your arrival, unloading areas will be available to unload your luggage and the campsite provides a train and/or buggy service to accompany you to your accommodation. Car parks are located outside the campsite. A shuttle bus will take you to your accommodation. For arrivals outside opening hours (4pm - 7pm), please contact our on-site representatives, who will be able to arrange a pick-up for you on arrival.
- A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been carried out correctly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
- Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it when you book online.
- Magnetic card: A deposit is required to open and close the barrier using a magnetic card. It is payable on arrival, in euros, and must be returned on departure.
- Although you can cross the borders of many of France's neighbouring countries without having to show your papers, controls, such as police checks, may take place. It is therefore essential that each member of your group has a valid national identity card (CNI) or passport to prove their identity. Driving licences are not accepted as proof of identity.
- To make your arrival easier, you will need to pre-register online. Your Homair reference will be used to identify you.

- Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and its tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. A supplement is charged for each dog (1 dog per accommodation).
- Accommodation: our mobile homes are located in a protected area (annexed) of the campsite-village, away from the hustle and bustle and/or the heart of life. You have to cross a road to get to the campsite's main services. This allows you to take full advantage of life at the campsite (just a few steps away), while enjoying the peace and quiet of your accommodation.
