FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the reception. Departures are after the inventory inspection between 8 am and 10 am.

• Booking fees: tax depending on the payment method used.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. In this case, a supplementory charge has to be paid at the campsite.
• Even if you can cross the borders of most European countries without having to show your identity papers, you may be subject to checks (police checks in the country, for example). Each person on your trip must therefore carry a valid national identity card or a valid passport to prove your identity. A driving licence is not accepted as proof of identity.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times. 

Additional costs

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
