FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 4 pm to 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair reception. Departures are after the inventory inspection between 8 am and 10 am. 

• You will be asked to pay a deposit on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the housework has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. In this case, a supplementory charge has to be paid at the campsite.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times. 
• PRM access: adapted sanitary facilities. Access to services, access to reception, sanitary facilities and accessibility in compliance with regulations.
• Please note that the access gate closes every evening at 10pm, and at 11pm in high season. Access to the campsite car park is prohibited for all vehicles after this time. There are a few parking spaces in the street outside the campsite.

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : Deposit
• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
