FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk.

Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it on arrival. This tax must be paid directly to our Homair Vacances correspondent or at the campsite reception.
• Only one car is allowed on all our campsites. One pitch is provided per accommodation within the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
• Magnetic card : A deposit is required to open and close the barrier using a magnetic card. It is payable on arrival, in euros, and must be returned on departure.

• Even though you can cross the borders of most of France's neighbouring countries without having to show your identity papers (except in Croatia, where checks are systematic), you may be subject to checks (police checks in the country, for example). You must therefore ensure that everyone on your trip has a valid national identity card (CNI) or passport, so that you can prove your identity. Driving licences are not accepted as proof of identity.

• PRM access: Adapted sanitary facilities (toilet and shower), Non-adapted site
