FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk.

Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are payable in almost all tourist destinations, and you will be asked to pay them when you check in online or on arrival.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One pitch is provided per accommodation within the campsite grounds (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
• Although you can cross most borders without checks, it is recommended that everyone has a valid identity card or passport to prove their identity. Driving licences are not accepted as proof of identity.

Your stay in France

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Please note: At extra cost
• PMRaccess: Adapted sanitary facilities (toilet and shower), Swimming pool access
• Gas and charcoalbarbecues only

Please note: From midnight to 8 a.m., it is FORBIDDEN to drive on the campsite or to leave or enter with a vehicle, except for emergency vehicles. During these hours, the gate is closed (there is an outside car park). To protect the peace and quiet of holidaymakers, it is forbidden to make any noise during these hours.
