For over a year now, the Coronavirus epidemic has shaken up all of our lives. This is on a large scale and all the Homair Vacances teams would like to assure you of their continued efforts. The situation is evolving, and every day we adapt as quickly as possible by strictly following the advice of the authorities and health recommendations.

If a restriction is imposed to prevent a stay:

We will contact all our customers as soon as possible by email or SMS under the implementation of our Zen & Flex Guarantee in order to provide the most appropriate solution.
In order to speed up the handling of customer files, we ask you to check the contact details provided in your customer account area: mobile phone number (10 digits without space) and a valid email address.
The progress made in processing your file can be viewed at any time through your customer account area.

This procedure has been developed to ensure the most efficient care possible of our customers. In the meantime, we ask you to please not contact us so as not to saturate the contact points and not to slow down the processing of files.
